Our fully automated complaints system will make handling these incidents quick and easy. Once a complaint is loaded onto the system notifications are sent to our compliance team so we can get it dealt with swiftly. You will be able to see how it is progressing at every point, and once completed a report is available for your records.

For every supporter we sign up, we create a digital DD mandate form for them including the information they entered and their signature. These are downloadable by our clients within their charity areas.
